Chinese Chicken Salad - Side Item

Ingredients
- 3 -4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted brown
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 teaspoons accent seasoning (or msg)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 2 teaspoons salt (i use 1 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 mix well. add meat, onion, almonds and seeds. (best if stored overnight but good freshly made also.).
- 2 prior to serving mix with:.
- 3 1 to 1 and 1/2 heads of lettuce.
- 4 chinese noodles - i just set the can of chineese noodles beside the salad so people can help themselves if they wish.
