Chinese Chicken Salad - Side Item

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 -4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted brown
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons accent seasoning (or msg)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 2 teaspoons salt (i use 1 tsp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix well. add meat, onion, almonds and seeds. (best if stored overnight but good freshly made also.).
  • 2 prior to serving mix with:.
  • 3 1 to 1 and 1/2 heads of lettuce.
  • 4 chinese noodles - i just set the can of chineese noodles beside the salad so people can help themselves if they wish.
