Brown Sugar Bacon

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 lb sliced bacon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 in a large plastic zip-top bag, combine brown sugar and mustard.
- 3 add bacon and toss to coat.
- 4 alternatively, you could mix the dijon and brown sugar in a medium bowl then add the bacon and mix around.
- 5 line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- 6 place a cooling rack on the lined baking sheet.
- 7 put bacon on rack and use your fingers to spread on some of the sugar mixture left in the bowl, and roast in oven for 20-30 minutes.
- 8 let drain for a few minutes on the rack and serve.
