- 4 -6 chicken cutlets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine everything except chicken in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
- 2 place cutlets in shallow pan and pour sauce over them.
- 3 marinate overnight in refrigerator, or for 1.5 to 2 hours at room temperature.
- 4 broil or barbecue chicken for 20 minutes, turning and basting often.
