Broiled Chicken Breasts With Chutney Glaze

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar major grey chutney
  • 1 lime, quartered

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to broil.
  • 2 place chicken in large foil-lined baking dish.
  • 3 mix coriander, salt and chutney together.
  • 4 brush chicken with chutney mixture.
  • 5 broil approximately 10 minutes.
  • 6 turn chicken over and brush remaining side with the rest of the chutney glaze.
  • 7 broil another 10 minutes or until chicken is done and is a rich golden color.
  • 8 squeeze lime juice over chicken to taste.
