Broiled Chicken Breasts With Chutney Glaze

- 3 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) jar major grey chutney
- 1 lime, quartered
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to broil.
- 2 place chicken in large foil-lined baking dish.
- 3 mix coriander, salt and chutney together.
- 4 brush chicken with chutney mixture.
- 5 broil approximately 10 minutes.
- 6 turn chicken over and brush remaining side with the rest of the chutney glaze.
- 7 broil another 10 minutes or until chicken is done and is a rich golden color.
- 8 squeeze lime juice over chicken to taste.
