Cheesy Chile Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • cayenne, to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (or more to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheeese.
  • 2 combine the ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 spread the rice mixture in the dish, sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
  • 4 bake 20 minutes at 450.
