California Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into bite sizes pieces
  • 1 head fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 cups asiago cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tomatoes (cored, seeded and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped fine)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, gently stir together first five ingredients.
  • 2 whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and dill until creamy.
  • 3 gently stir dressing mixture into meat and vegetable mixture until well combined.
