Calcutta Chicken Curry - Hcg Phase 2

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 100 g boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve spices in chicken broth in a small saucepan.
  • 2 add chopped onion, garlic and chicken.
  • 3 sauté chicken in liquid until fully cooked and liquid is reduced by half.
  • 4 additional water may be added to achieve desired consistency.
  • 5 serve hot or cold.
