Big Batch Banana Muffins

Ingredients

• 6 bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ (optional)

Recipe

• 1 mash bananas, stir in baking soda & vanilla.
• 2 mix melted butter, oil & sugar together.
• 3 add eggs & mix well.
• 4 stir in bananas.
• 5 add flour & baking powder.
• 6 mix till combined.
• 7 scoop into lined muffin pans.
• 8 bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
