Crab Cakes.....blue Crab Cakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared creole mustard
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crab boil seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb crabmeat, picked over to remove any shells
  • 3/4 cup saltine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • lemon wedge, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 how to make blue crab cakes.
