Coconut Chicken And Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 precooked chicken breasts, shredded (use whatever spices you prefer)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (this is an approximation)
  • basmati rice, precooked

Recipe

  • 1 warm up the chicken in the tomato sauce. add the coconut milk but do not let it come to a boil. serve over rice. enjoy!
