- 4 precooked chicken breasts, shredded (use whatever spices you prefer)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (this is an approximation)
- basmati rice, precooked
Recipe
- 1 warm up the chicken in the tomato sauce. add the coconut milk but do not let it come to a boil. serve over rice. enjoy!
