Chocolate Button Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 250 ml milk
• 125 ml vegetable oil
• 100 g granulated sugar
• 100 g brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 400 g plain flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 150 g milk chocolate, cut into chunks

Recipe

• 1 preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas mark 6.
• 2 place the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, sugars and milk in a large mixing bowl and beat together.
• 3 in another bowl sift the flour, add the baking powder and salt and mix well.
• 4 stir the chocolate pieces into the flour. pour the liquid into the flour and mix togehter until just blended.
• 5 line a muffin tray with paper cases and sill each case to just below the top with the muffin mixture. bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
