Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, cut fine
  • 1 lb coleslaw mix
  • 6 green onions, cut fine
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, save seasoning packets for dressing (uncooked)
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes @ 250 degrees. combine salad ingredients.mix dressing ingredients plus the reserved ramen noodle seasoning packets. pour over salad and toss. best if made the night before.
