Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

- 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, cut fine
- 1 lb coleslaw mix
- 6 green onions, cut fine
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, save seasoning packets for dressing (uncooked)
- 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes @ 250 degrees. combine salad ingredients.mix dressing ingredients plus the reserved ramen noodle seasoning packets. pour over salad and toss. best if made the night before.
