20 Minute Chicken Nuggets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and begin heating the oil in a pan.
  • 2 combine flour and salt in a bowl. in a smaller bowl, combine vinegar and baking soda.
  • 3 pour the vinegar and baking soda mixture into the flour mixture along with the 1/3 cup of water.stir to smoothen the batter.
  • 4 coat chicken piece in batter and let excess batter drip off before placing it into your hot oil. fry till nice and golden brown.
