Ingredients

- 1 lb crabmeat
- 2 eggs, separated & beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sauce
- parsley or 1 green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 separate the eggs.
- 2 add beaten yolks to sauce.
- 3 mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites.
- 4 bake in 375 degree oven until brown, about 20 minutes.
