Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 2 eggs, separated & beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sauce
  • parsley or 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • salt and black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 separate the eggs.
  • 2 add beaten yolks to sauce.
  • 3 mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites.
  • 4 bake in 375 degree oven until brown, about 20 minutes.
