Curried Rice With Smoked Oysters

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cans smoked oysters
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sultana
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion

Recipe

  • 1 combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, curry powder, shake together and season to taste.
  • 2 pour the dressing over the hot rice toss thoroughly and let cool.
  • 3 add other ingredients and mix well.
