Bread Machine Apple-nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/8 cup sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 add ingredients to the bread machine in the order listed and tell it to bake.
• 2 settings on my machine were for a medium loaf and medium crust.
