Creamed Chipped Beef Aka Sos

Ingredients

• 7 slices chipped beef
• 4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups milk
• toast

Recipe

• 1 in a saucepan on med-high heat melt butter and stir in flour and salt; let bubble 1 minute.
• 2 remove from heat and stir gradually stir in milk.
• 3 bring to a boil.
• 4 tear meat into pieces and add to saucepan; cook until thickened.
• 5 serve over toast.
