- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup cashew nuts, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour the mixture in a 8x8 pan.
- 3 bake 20 minutes or until set in the center. allow to cool and cut in squares.
