Chicken Curry Pies

Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts, cut into 1/4 's
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 diced onion
- 14 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in oil until tender. add garlic and ginger and saute 30 sec.
- 2 add spices and stir together. add tomatoes and 1/2 c water. stir.
- 3 add chicken and cook through.
- 4 done when the water is cooked out.
- 5 put 2 t of meat on ea. piece of pie crust. fold over and seal.
- 6 bake at 400 for 10-12 minute.
