Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
- 1 egg
- 2 (6 ounce) cans french's french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 using the beaten egg, coat each chicken cutlet in egg.
- 3 crush up the entire can of onion toppers into a plastic bag and one at a time, roll the chicken into the toppers. you will need to press firmly to make sure the onions stick.
- 4 bake in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
