Chicken Cutlets With A Twist

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
  • 1 egg
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans french's french fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 using the beaten egg, coat each chicken cutlet in egg.
  • 3 crush up the entire can of onion toppers into a plastic bag and one at a time, roll the chicken into the toppers. you will need to press firmly to make sure the onions stick.
  • 4 bake in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
