- 2 lbs canadian bacon, in 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Recipe
- 1 place bacon in shallow baking pan. combine sugar, mustard and pineapple juice for glaze; spread over bacon.
- 2 bake uncovered in slow oven (325) 1 hour.
- 3 baste bacon with glaze every 15 minutes.
