Ingredients
- 4 poached eggs
- 8 pieces of land o lake smoked ham or 4 canadian ham, heated on griddle
- 2 english muffins, split toasted
- 1 (4 ounce) package gravy, made up
Recipe
- 1 place the ham on english muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham. cover halves with gravy. and serve with hash browns or home fries.
