Ingredients

• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cups bisquick
• 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 cream sugar and butter. add in remaining ingredients and stir until blended. bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
• 2 doubles easily.
