- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 11 ounces cream cheese (cut into chunks)
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 -5 drops tabasco sauce
- 1 dash red pepper (crushed)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a pot on low heat: add onions, cook until soft.
- 2 add cheese,crabmeat,& seasonings, stirring constantly.
- 3 keep warm in fondue.
- 4 serve with doritos or corn tortilla chips.
