Creamy Mushroom Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 4 boneless fast-fry lamb chops (about 1lb. total)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup prepared chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a large frying pan on medium-high, heat first amount of cooking oil. sprinkle both sides of lamb chops with salt and pepper. add to frying pan.
- 2 cook for about 2 minutes per side until browned and no longer pink inside. transfer to serving plate.
- 3 cover to keep warm. reduce heat to medium.
- 4 add second amount of cooking oil to same frying pan. add mushrooms. cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are browned.
- 5 add broth and dillweed. heat and srir for 1 minute. remove from heat.
- 6 add sour cream. stir. spoon over lamb chops.
