Creamy Mushroom Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • 4 boneless fast-fry lamb chops (about 1lb. total)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup prepared chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 in a large frying pan on medium-high, heat first amount of cooking oil. sprinkle both sides of lamb chops with salt and pepper. add to frying pan.
  • 2 cook for about 2 minutes per side until browned and no longer pink inside. transfer to serving plate.
  • 3 cover to keep warm. reduce heat to medium.
  • 4 add second amount of cooking oil to same frying pan. add mushrooms. cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are browned.
  • 5 add broth and dillweed. heat and srir for 1 minute. remove from heat.
  • 6 add sour cream. stir. spoon over lamb chops.
