Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 24 ounces fresh cranberries
- 3 cups port wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 dash dried orange peel
- 1 dash ground cloves
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes till cranberries "pop.".
- 3 serve warm over turkey or lamb (if you can stop yourself from eating it all up with a spoon right from the pan)!
