Chilled Asparagus With Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 cook asparagus in a large skillet of boiling, salted water until just crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  • 2 drain; rinse with cold water and drain well.
  • 3 pat dry with paper towels.
