- 2 shallots or 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons dry wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan reduce the wine to 1 teaspoon, cool.
- 2 beat butter until soft.
- 3 beat the shallots, wine, and parsley into the butter.
- 4 chill, shape into balls, curls, or logs, serve.
