Bleu Cheese Omelet

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • servings: 1
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 small green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 to make filling, melt butter in a small skillet and cook apple over a low heat for 2-3 minutes or until just heated through.
  • 2 remove pan from heat; set aside and keep warm.
  • 3 to make omelet, melt butter in a small skillet.
  • 4 place eggs, water and black pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
