Creamy Mushroom Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 lb mushroom, diced
- 3 cups beef broth, low sodium
- 370 ml fat-free condensed milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. over medium heat, saute vegetables in butter, till onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 2 2. add beef broth and simmer for 15 minutes, until vegetables are cooked through.
- 3 3. remove from heat and add condensed heat. season to taste, serve.
