Ingredients

- 2 (15 ounce) cans hormel chili (with or without beans)
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- catsup, if desired
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, plus additional
- hot freshly-cooked spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f. grease a 9' x 9" baking dish.
- 2 brown the beef in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. one cookbook author refers to this as "scramble-fry.".
- 3 combine the drained beef with the chili, sour cream and cheese. transfer to prepared baking dish.
- 4 top dish with more shredded cheese. drizzle with catsup, if desired.
- 5 bake in preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- 6 serve atop hot cooked spaghetti.
