Chili-sausage Supper

Ingredients

- 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 -3 teaspoons salt
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredientes.
- 3 cover; simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
