Chili-sausage Supper

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 -3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredientes.
  • 3 cover; simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
