Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 saute mushrooms in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- 2 add whipping cream and mix well.
- 3 bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 4 bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionaly.
- 5 boil until mixture is reduced by 1/2.
- 6 serve with your favorite steak and enjoy!
