Chocolate Fruit Muffins

Ingredients
- 358 g chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup dried mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherry
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 350 degrees f. grease a 12 cup muffin pan with butter or margerine.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix the dry and wet ingredients together. make sure the cake mix is properly incorporated into the batter, by scraping the bottom of the bowl.
- 3 add the fruit, and mix well. fill the muffins cups 3/4 of the way through (filling the cups to the top will make for a messy spillover). bake for 15-20 minutes.
