Ingredients

- 2 1/2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 2 1/2 tablespoons whole coriander seeds
- 2 1/2-3 tablespoons peppercorns
- 4 tablespoons whole red chilies
- 2 1/2 tablespoons black salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons khatai, powder
Recipe
- 1 dry roast the whole ingredients in a pan.
- 2 cool, grind.
- 3 add in the salt and khatai powder.
- 4 mix well or grind once more.
- 5 store in an airtight container.
