Chili Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans hot chili beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a dutch oven , cook the beef, onion and green pepper and drain.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 bring to a boil.
  • 4 reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
