Baked Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients

- 1 lb extra firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400f degrees.
- 2 cut the tofu into 3/4" cubes.
- 3 blot with paper towels to remove excess water.
- 4 combine wheat germ, cornmeal, and seasoned salt in mixing bowl.
- 5 add the tofu chunks and stir gently until coated.
- 6 place tofu on a slightly oiled non-stick baking sheet.
- 7 bake for 15 minutes, stirring and turning once or twice until tofu is golden brown.
- 8 serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce (i like marinara).
