- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen pureed winter squash
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (6 ounce) bag baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon thai red curry paste
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
Recipe
- 1 in medium saucepan, combine squash, coconut milk, water, spinach, brown sugar and curry paste. heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. stir in lime juice.
