Chicken, Cashew, And Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 marinate chicken overnight in marinade ingredients.
  • 2 drain the juices off the chicken and then add mayonnaise, celery, grapes,cashews and seasoned salt.
  • 3 mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
