Carrot "fettucini"

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 carrots, cleaned and the ends chopped off
  • 1 -2 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 using a vegetable peeler make ribbons of the carrots.
