- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (regular or light )
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lb peas and pearl onions (frozen)
- 3 ounces french's french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 cook frozen onions according to bag directions and drain.
- 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 in a medium mixing bowl, combine creamy ranch dressing and mayonnaise.
- 4 stir in peas and pearl onions and toss to coat.
- 5 pour into a 2 quart cassorle dish.
- 6 sprinkle french' s fried onions over the top.
- 7 bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through.
