Creamy Peas & Pearl Onions With Crispy Onion Topping

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (regular or light )
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lb peas and pearl onions (frozen)
  • 3 ounces french's french fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 cook frozen onions according to bag directions and drain.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 3 in a medium mixing bowl, combine creamy ranch dressing and mayonnaise.
  • 4 stir in peas and pearl onions and toss to coat.
  • 5 pour into a 2 quart cassorle dish.
  • 6 sprinkle french' s fried onions over the top.
  • 7 bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through.
