Crab Tampico

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 2 lbs cooked and shelled crabmeat
  • 1 1/4 cups manchego cheese or 1 1/4 cups gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup dry wine
  • 1 dash pepper
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a skillet.
  • 2 sauté the onion until transparent.
  • 3 add rest of the ingredients and cook on low to medium heat until cheeses melt.
  • 4 serve hot or warm.
