- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 melt 2 tablespoons margarine and 3 tablespoons cocoa.
- 2 remove from heat and mix in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1-1/2 tablespoons hot water.
