Ingredients

- 4 ears fresh corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut the corn kernels from the cobs.
- 2 melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.
- 3 sauté corn kernels just until tender, then add in onion.
- 4 continue to sauté until onion is just about to turn crispy.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
- 6 enjoy hot or cold.
