• 16 cups ketchup
• 2 cups apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup honey
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 4 cups brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon daves insanity hot sauce
• 1 tablespoon dried chipotle powder
• 3 cups sugar
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
• 2 oranges, juice of

Recipe

• 1 combine ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a gentle boil. cool sauce and pour into quart mason jars.
