Creamed Chipped Beef Breakfast Cups

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (11 ounce) package stouffer's creamed chipped beef (prepared according to package directions and kept hot)
  • 1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 roll each biscuit into a circle; place each biscuit in ungreased muffin pan cup.
  • 3 press dough up sides of cup.
  • 4 bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a golden brown.
  • 5 spoon hot creamed chipped beef into baked cups; sprinkle with cheese.
  • 6 bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
