Chocolate Amaretto Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan combine 2 cups of milk, cocoa and corn syrup.
- 2 bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3 cool.
- 4 beat eggs until foamy and gradually beat is sugar.
- 5 add cocoa mixture.
- 6 stir in remaining 2 cups of milk, whipping cream and liqueur blending well.
- 7 chill serval hours or overnight.
- 8 freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
