Chocolate Amaretto Ice Cream

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan combine 2 cups of milk, cocoa and corn syrup.
  • 2 bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • 3 cool.
  • 4 beat eggs until foamy and gradually beat is sugar.
  • 5 add cocoa mixture.
  • 6 stir in remaining 2 cups of milk, whipping cream and liqueur blending well.
  • 7 chill serval hours or overnight.
  • 8 freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
