Chicken Salad Supreme

Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1/4 cup red cabbage
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 shred chicken
- 2 crumble bacon.
- 3 chop onion, cabbage, eggs, celery, & olives.
- 4 grate carrot.
- 5 mix first ten ingredients well.
- 6 add salt and pepper if desired.
- 7 stir in mustard and mayonnaise until well coated
- 8 chill 1 hour.
- 9 serve on whole wheat or your choice of bread.
