Ingredients

- 6 large carrots, peeled & diced
- 1 large turnip, peeled & chopped
- butter
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil the carrots and turnip until they are tender enough for mashing.
- 2 mash them.
- 3 add salt & pepper to taste and stir through.
- 4 add butter to taste and stir through.
