Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 -3 bell peppers, any color
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash tabasco sauce
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450.
- 2 halve or quater the peppers lengthwise,depending on their size.
- 3 remove seeds and ribs and brush skins lightly with olive oil.
- 4 arrange,hollow sides up on crumpled foil (so they stay in place) in a roasting pan.
- 5 in a medium bowl blend cheese with sour cream,egg yolk and seasonings-spoon it into pepper cavities.
- 6 bake for 20 minutes until lightly puffed and brown.
