Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 -3 bell peppers, any color
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash tabasco sauce
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 egg yolk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450.
  • 2 halve or quater the peppers lengthwise,depending on their size.
  • 3 remove seeds and ribs and brush skins lightly with olive oil.
  • 4 arrange,hollow sides up on crumpled foil (so they stay in place) in a roasting pan.
  • 5 in a medium bowl blend cheese with sour cream,egg yolk and seasonings-spoon it into pepper cavities.
  • 6 bake for 20 minutes until lightly puffed and brown.
